Motor development is one of the essential aspects of early childhood growth that plays a significant role in fostering independence, coordination, and readiness to engage in more complex learning activities. This study aims to analyze the level of motor development among children aged 4–6 years at TK Sejahtera Kamal. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with 20 children from groups A and B as subjects. Data collection techniques included direct observation, teacher interviews, and documentation of learning activities. The data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing conducted interactively. The findings revealed that most children had reached an age-appropriate level of motor development, particularly in activities such as running, jumping, drawing, and cutting. However, several children still required additional stimulation, especially in fine motor skills such as writing and tying shoelaces. The main supporting factors included structured play activities and teacher involvement in providing positive feedback, while the obstacles involved limited facilities and a lack of variety in learning media. This study contributes to early childhood educators by providing insights into designing more diverse and stimulating learning strategies to optimize children’s motor development. Furthermore, the findings can serve as a foundation for educational institutions to improve educational play facilities and strengthen collaboration with parents in providing motor stimulation at home.
